Forms may collect your identity, organisation, contact details, site location and description of the need. These details are used only to answer, qualify, follow up and secure your request.
Recipients and transfers
Data is available to authorised PICI staff and strictly necessary technical providers. Planned production hosting may involve processing in France; applicable safeguards and formalities must be confirmed before launch.
Retention
Provisional target: requests kept for 24 months after closure, then deleted or anonymised; technical logs kept no longer than 90 days, unless required by law or a security incident. These periods must be approved before publication.
Your rights
Under Côte d’Ivoire Law No. 2013-450, you may request access, correction, objection or deletion. Contact PICI through the numbers above. Proportionate identity verification may be requested.
